Can I change my Bot9 login email?

No, you can not change the email that you've used while creating the Bot9 account by yourself. Get in touch with us on helpme@bot9.ai if you want to change your primary email.

How do I change or reset my password?

  • Case 1: Can't remember your password and wish to reset itYou can do this by first clicking on "Sign in" on the Bot9 Homepage. Then click on "Forgot password?". By submitting your account's email address, you'll receive instructions via email on how to reset your password. Simply follow the instructions and you're good to go!
  • Case 2: You know your password but wish to change itYou can do this within your Ahrefs account by following URL https://app.bot9.ai/profile and clicking "Change password". Key in the old password and the new password, and you're good to go!

How do I check my subscription limits?

There are two types of limits in Bot9, the first one is account level limits such as number of responses each month, and then there are bot level limits such as number of instructions or custom actions.
