Integrations

Overview: We are working on integrating Bot9 with Tawk to enable seamless communication between Bot9-powered bots and users on Tawk's platform. This integration will automate initial customer interactions, providing 24/7 support and ensuring that complex issues are escalated to human agents efficiently.
Tidio Integration

Overview: Our planned integration with Tidio aims to enrich Bot9's chatbot interactions by leveraging Tidio's advanced scripting and trigger-based actions. This will enhance user engagement through dynamic conversations and personalized experiences.
JivoChat Integration

Overview: By integrating Bot9 with JivoChat, we aim to extend Bot9's reach across JivoChat's omnichannel messaging platform. This will allow businesses to offer consistent and seamless support to their customers across multiple messaging channels.
Teams Feature
Status: In Progress
Overview: The Teams feature is designed to enable collaborative chatbot management within organizations. Multiple team members will be able to access, manage, and work on Bot9's chatbot, each with their specific roles and permissions. This feature not only enhances collaboration and efficiency but also improves security by providing individual logins for team members.
